These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website, products, and services provided by DOMEWORTHY LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Domeworthy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or engaging our consulting or roofing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

DOMEWORTHY LLC is organized and registered under the laws of the State of New York. All business conducted with Domeworthy is subject to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Domeworthy provides:

  • Consulting related to site selection, design, dome specifications, and related project planning;

  • Custom dome kit sales;

  • Roofing services;

  • On-site consulting as dome specialists; and

  • Facilitation of architectural and engineering services through licensed third-party professionals.

All architectural and engineering services are performed solely by licensed professionals. Responsibility and liability for work performed by such licensed professionals rests solely with them.

3. Consulting and Coordination Services

Consulting and coordination services offered by Domeworthy are advisory in nature and may include project planning, design guidance, dome selection, and on-site support. Domeworthy may also coordinate the provision of architectural and engineering services by licensed third-party professionals.

Domeworthy shall not be held liable for architectural or engineering work performed by such third-party providers. Responsibility and liability for that work rest exclusively with the licensed professionals engaged.

4. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

Consulting and Coordination Services

  • Fees and payment terms for consulting and coordination services are communicated to the customer at the time of engagement.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, consulting and coordination fees are due in full upon receipt of invoice.

Dome Product Orders

  • A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total order value is required to initiate production of a custom kit.

  • The remaining fifty percent (50%) must be paid in full prior to shipment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the initial deposit shall be retained by Domeworthy as a cancellation fee.

  • Orders for custom products are non-cancellable once procurement of materials has commenced.

  • Requests for modifications to existing orders may be subject to additional fees.

Roofing Services

  • A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract value is required to confirm scheduling.

  • Twenty-five percent (25%) is due upon delivery of materials to the project site.

  • The final twenty-five percent (25%) is due immediately upon completion of services and prior to crew departure.

Late Payments

  • Any invoice outstanding beyond sixty (60) days shall incur a late payment fee of five percent (5%) of the overdue balance.

5. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

  • Dome kits are sold with only the warranties provided by the original manufacturers. Domeworthy does not provide additional warranties beyond those supplied by manufacturers.

  • Consulting services are advisory in nature. Domeworthy does not provide legal, architectural, or engineering advice and shall not be held liable for construction outcomes, financing approvals, or contractor performance.

  • Domeworthy shall not be liable for damages or defects resulting from third-party contractors, improper installation, misuse, or site-specific conditions.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domeworthy’s total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Domeworthy for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

6. Permits and Approvals

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining all permits, inspections, and approvals required under local, state, or federal law, unless Domeworthy has been expressly retained in writing to secure such approvals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, product documentation, and designs published by Domeworthy are the exclusive property of Domeworthy LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Our trademarks, including DOMEWORTHY® and DOMES FOR LIFE®, are protected under U.S. trademark law.

8. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding land, project scope, and requirements;

  • Make timely payments in accordance with agreed schedules;

  • Comply with all applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and laws.

9. Dispute Resolution

Domeworthy seeks to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, these Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York. Jurisdiction and venue shall rest exclusively in the courts of New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Privacy

Domeworthy collects customer information (such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers) solely for the purpose of internal operations, customer communications, and delivery of services. Customer data is not sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.

11. Modifications to Terms

Domeworthy reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
